GIRS pricing, market access, and health economic experts help clients develop solid pricing and reimbursement strategies that are key to the commercialization and success of new products in Canada, Europe, and South Korea. We help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medial device, surgical supplies, and diagnostic companies develop successful pricing and market access strategies by leveraging our extensive expertise and longstanding relationships with payers and price regulators. We offer a broad range of services to meet your needs:
|
Important Services
We research regulations and payer trends to develop a reimbursement landscape report that will serve as a foundation to develop successful reimbursement strategies for our clients' products.
We conduct pricing studies and competitor market analysis to help price products appropriately.
We create evidence-based business cases which:
- are templates that can be modified to meet the needs of a number of countries in the EU.
- support multi-country reimbursement and pricing strategies
Health Technology Assessment [HTA]:
- GIRS has the background and skills to address complex issues that are involved with HTAs and will help you deal with all key questions. GIRS can help you through the trials of an appraisal by an HTA agency, such as the UK's NICE, or a quasi-HTA agency such as a local formulary committee, or a regional Development and Evaluation Committee. Through our team of consultants we provide similar services across Europe, for example, supporting CEPP and CEPS applications in France and the KBV innovation service in Germany.
Cost-effectiveness models for marketing
We develop models for internal use to help our clients explore the real-life impact of a product. We create "what if" models to allow our clients to determine the best balance between your commercial objectives and likely market response.
Using clinical trial evidence, we can help you identify those groups of patients in whom your product has the greatest cost-effectiveness.
